Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated National Account Specialist - Wholesale to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires a professional who is keen on ensuring exceptional order management and customer satisfaction within the wholesale sector.

Responsibilities

  • Process Orders for Wholesale, National Accounts through the complete order lifecycle from entry through delivery for assigned brand accounts, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Timely and Proactive Communication: Serving as the Key point of contact for customer communication, handling order statuses, delivery commitments, NPI coordination, and timely issue resolution.
  • Forecasting and Sales Report Generation: Ensure the Sales team has clear visibility into open orders and gross sales projections. Maintain accurate 3-month rolling forecasts in Full Circle and coordinate sample shipments for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Supply Chain: Proactively communicate inventory needs to the Supply & Demand team to prevent stockouts, cover forecasts, and meet all delivery commitments.
  • Returns Processing: Managing customer returns process for assigned carrier accounts, escalating to Sales for approval to protect customer relationships.
  • Performance KPI: Keep leadership informed of sales projections, operational risks, and critical issues requiring escalation to enable proactive decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar Account Specialist role managing wholesale accounts
  • Experience with Full Circle ERP system is highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain and develop client accounts
  • Ability to work in office 2 - 3 days weekly (Irvine, CA HQ)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral communication
  • Proven ability to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and collaboration within sales and other departments

Work Hours

The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, Hybrid (1 - 2 days in office)

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary with a pay range between $70,500 and $84,000 annually.
